Apoyo a colectivos de defensa animal con documentos sobre el vínculo entre la violencia contra animales y la violencia interpersonal en el marco de la presentación del Proyecto de Ley Orgánica de Bienestar Animal (LOBA) en la Asamblea Nacional del Ecuador. Se pretende establecer estándares mínimos de bienestar animal y que que se fortalezcan las disposiciones sobre el maltrato animal que actualmente constan en el Código Orgánico Integral Penal (COIP) aludiendo, también, a los estudios internacionales que vinculan el maltrato animal con la violencia contra humanos.
